Function overview:

Cps-20a1 constant pressure water supply controller is a high-tech product developed based on the current situation and development trend of water supply technology and equipment at home and abroad, using single-chip microcomputer and frequency control technology. Because it directly replaces water tower, high water tank and traditional air pressure tank water supply device, it is the most competitive product in the current water supply industry.

Because the controller adopts single-chip technology, and realizes digital operation, fuzzy control and product miniaturization, it has excellent operation performance. In addition, cps-20a1 has the advantages of high pressure control accuracy, reliable product quality, simple operation and convenient on-site debugging, so it is especially suitable for constant pressure water supply system with various specifications of single pump or non circulating soft start mode.

Main performance features of cps-20a1 controller:

*3 main pumps + 1 auxiliary small pump

One of the three main pumps is the start and stop of frequency converter, and the other two are the start and stop of direct / step-down / soft starter. It is suitable for single pump constant pressure water supply system of various specifications or non circulating soft start mode constant pressure water supply system of less than 15kw and more than 110KW.

*Two quantitative pumps can work alternately

When the variable displacement pump reaches 50Hz and the pressure is still insufficient, the quantitative pump can be started in the order of 1 × quantitative pump, 2 × quantitative pump or 2 × quantitative pump and 1 × quantitative pump. This is the most reasonable for the 2-in-service and 1-standby water supply system. The standby pump can automatically participate in the operation without fear of damp, rust, etc.

*Auxiliary small pump: start at night with small flow to avoid frequent start and stop of main pump.

*Digital operation panel, fuzzy control: simple debugging, no need to adjust PID parameters, stable pressure, no overshoot.

Vi. installation and commissioning

1. installation

*Cps-20a1 controller is embedded in the control cabinet panel, and a space of about 10cm shall be reserved around it to facilitate heat dissipation. When wiring, please use shielded wire for control signal wire.

*The cps-20a1 controller uses the casing of international standard size. When installing, only one square hole needs to be opened on the control cabinet panel, with the size of 92 * 92mm (tolerance of + 0.7, - 0.0).

2. Setting steps of each parameter

*First, set the range of the pressure sensor according to the pressure sensor used.

*Set the first and second pressures as required, set the acceleration and deceleration time of the converter (consistent with the controller parameters), and set the frequency given signal to be 0-5V or 0-10V according to the model of the converter

*Connect the pressure gauge and set the parameters according to its range; when the pressure gauge shows zero, adjust the sensor calibration value to make the upper display pressure show zero.

*Set the relevant parameters according to whether the system needs auxiliary small pump or not.

*Set each pump according to the number of pumps used. If a pump needs to be stopped temporarily during commissioning, the corresponding switch on the panel can be directly moved.

3. Debugging (before debugging, please carefully check the wiring of the control cabinet and controller. After confirming that there is no error, carry out the following steps)

*Set the frequency converter as terminal control, set the run-stop switch on the panel to "stop", select the appropriate V-F figure, and the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency converter will vary according to different power.

*Set the main outlet valve of the pump house at small flow.

*Turn on the power supply of the control cabinet to make the system in operation state (to ensure that the rotation direction of each pump is correct under frequency conversion and power frequency state, you can use the manual debugging function to adjust the number first). Set the pressure setting value, observe the pressure stability from the pressure display and pressure gauge display on the controller panel, and select the appropriate acceleration and deceleration time (the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency converter shall be consistent with the acceleration and deceleration time set by the controller), so as to make the system stable at the set pressure. If there is a deviation between the displayed value and the actual value, you can use the "sensor calibration" function to zero, and then fine tune the "sensor range" to make the displayed value consistent with the actual value.

*Gradually open the valve and observe whether the start and stop logic of each pump meet the requirements under different water supply.

*Adjust the stop error of the auxiliary small pump to make it start not too frequently.

*Test whether the control of the second pressure and water level signal is normal.

7. Selection of pressure sensor

Please select ytz-150 type resistance remote pressure gauge produced by Beijing Automation Instrument Factory. It has good performance. It adopts sliding wire rheostat, which is cheaper than the reliability number of the remote pressure gauge using carbon film potentiometer.

VIII. Operation and maintenance

Please lock the control cabinet door after the system is debugged. Regularly check the contact condition of the contactor, whether the water pump and motor work normally, and whether the terminal is loose. During maintenance, cut off the power supply for about 10 minutes, and wait until the "charge" light of the frequency converter is off, so as to prevent high voltage from hurting people.
