PT124高温熔体压力传感器安装时注意事项

为尽量延长传感器的使用寿命,提高使用精度,用户在收到传感器后或仪表后,除认真阅读使用说明书外,注意以下六点是保证传感器正常使用的重要因素。

1、传感器的安装
最易损坏压力传感器因素之一是安装在不适当的孔内,孔太小或太偏,传感器膜片被擦伤从而影响测试精度甚至完全失效。我厂能提供安装孔加工工具,协助加工出最合适的安装孔。
 
2、安装孔的清理
当安装孔经过正确加工后,最重要的是保证孔内没有储存的金属异物或塑料。在清理挤出机前将所有的传感器从设备上卸下,以免损坏膜片,在第二次装机前,应用清理工具将安装孔清理干净。
3、不正确安装
如果传感器被安装在离料口太近的地方,未熔化的塑胶或化纤颗粒会损伤传感器的膜片,如果传感器插入过浅,在膜片和螺杆之间形成一个堆积未熔化的胶料,长时间会碳化,影响准确地测量压力,但插入太深会打坏膜片。

4、 冷启动
传感器装机后必须有足够的加热时间,保证物料进入螺杆内部可变为适当的流体, 在卸下时了应保证 螺杆是在正常的工作温度下进行, 否则易损坏传感器及设备。

5、传感器的安装位置
传感器探头耐温450℃,外壳部份80℃,在设计安装孔时应考虑将传感器尽可能安装在主机的下部或侧部,安装好后应检查传感器外壳是否在保温层上或加热块上,应尽可能离开温度区用支架将传感器 固定。

6、过载的影响
传感器虽然有1.5-2倍额定压力的过载能力,但长时间过载会影响传感的使用寿命,使用传感器在额定压力的0.5 - 0.8倍即可。


Precautions for installation of PT124 high temperature melt pressure sensor

In order to prolong the service life of the sensor as far as possible and improve the use accuracy, the user should pay attention to the following six points after receiving the sensor or the instrument, in addition to carefully reading the instruction manual.

1. Sensor installation
One of the most easily damaged factors of the pressure sensor is that it is installed in an inappropriate hole. If the hole is too small or too partial, the sensor diaphragm will be scratched, which will affect the test accuracy and even completely fail. Our factory can provide installation hole processing tools to help process the most suitable installation hole.

2. Cleaning of mounting holes
When the mounting hole is properly machined, it is most important to ensure that there is no metal foreign matter or plastic stored in the hole. Before cleaning the extruder, remove all sensors from the equipment to avoid damaging the diaphragm. Before the second installation, clean the mounting holes with cleaning tools.

3. Incorrect installation
If the sensor is installed too close to the material mouth, the unmelted plastic or chemical fiber particles will damage the diaphragm of the sensor. If the sensor is inserted too shallow, a deposit of unmelted rubber will be formed between the diaphragm and the screw, which will carbonize for a long time and affect the accurate measurement of pressure force. However, if the sensor is inserted too deep, the diaphragm will be damaged.

4. Cold start
After the sensor is installed, there must be enough heating time to ensure that the material enters into the screw and can be changed into appropriate fluid. When the sensor is unloaded, it should be ensured that the screw is carried out at normal working temperature, otherwise the sensor and equipment are easy to be damaged.

5. Installation position of sensor
The temperature resistance of the sensor probe is 450 ℃ and the shell part is 80 ℃. In the design of the mounting hole, the sensor should be installed at the lower part or side of the host as much as possible. After installation, the sensor shell should be checked whether it is on the insulation layer or heating block, and the sensor should be fixed with a bracket as far as possible away from the temperature area.

6. Effect of overload
Although the sensor has an overload capacity of 1.5-2 times of the rated pressure, long-term overload will affect the service life of the sensor. The sensor can be used at 0.5-0.8 times of the rated pressure.
PT124高温熔体压力传感器使用时注意事项

1、打开产品包装后, 请仔细检查产品外观是否完好, 核定产品说明书与合格证是否与产品一致,并妥善保管产品说明书及合格证一年半以上。

2、严格按产品接线示意图接线,并在产品允许激励电压下工作,绝勿过电压使用。

3、严禁产品过压力使用,产品出现异常请停机检查。

4、产品电缆连接时请勿用力拉扯,以免损坏产品内部结构。

5、产品安装时扳手只可套接在六方扳手接口处, 禁止套接在产品外管及尾部接头安装处安装。

6、产品长期测试后, 测试介质可能会堵塞引压孔而降低产品输出灵敏度, 清洗产品时,可使用溶解有机溶剂之液体多次清洗,禁止使用一切器皿伸入引压孔内,以免损坏感压膜片。

7、产品禁区止敲打, 以免损坏内部结构。

8、产品无客户自维修部件, 出现故障请与我公司联系。

9、对隔爆型传感器变送器以任何位置( 垂直、 水平、 倾斜) 直接拧入设备或管道上, 用扳手拧紧, 如需装电缆护管时将电缆装入护管内, 护管与隔爆接头螺纹连接, 安装时注意接口螺纹的适配性,电缆自由端应作适当的处理, 接入相应的防爆盒或设备内。

10、 对隔爆型传感器变送器的工作介质为流体, 在工作温度范围内不应有凝固或对薄膜片形成损坏, 应确保接口螺纹无污染及传感器前端的清洁。

11、 本公司产品正常使用情况下出现故障, 保修期为13个月( 自我公司发货之日起至返回之日止14个 月为限), 是否属正常情况下出现故障以我公司质检员判定为准。 超过维修范围, 公司收取工本费, 本公司产品终身维修。

Precautions of PT124 high temperature melt pressure sensor

1. After opening the product package, please carefully check whether the product appearance is in good condition, check whether the product specification and certificate are consistent with the product, and properly keep the product manual and certificate for more than one and a half years.

2. Strictly follow the wiring diagram of the product, and work under the allowable excitation voltage of the product. Never use over-voltage.

3. It is strictly forbidden to use the product under excessive pressure. Please stop the machine for inspection if the product is abnormal.

4. Do not pull the cable when connecting the product to avoid damaging the internal structure of the product.

5. When the product is installed, the wrench can only be jacketed at the hexagon wrench interface, and it is forbidden to install it at the installation position of the outer pipe and tail joint of the product.

6. After a long-term test of the product, the test medium may block the pressure hole and reduce the output sensitivity of the product. When cleaning the product, the liquid with dissolved organic solvent can be used for multiple times. It is forbidden to use any utensils extending into the pressure hole to avoid damaging the pressure sensitive film.

7. No knocking is allowed in the forbidden area of the product to avoid damaging the internal structure.

8. There are no customer self repair parts in the product. Please contact our company if there is any fault.

9. The flameproof sensor transmitter is directly screwed into the equipment or pipeline at any position (vertical, horizontal and inclined) and tightened with a wrench. If the cable protection pipe is required, the cable shall be installed in the protective tube, and the protective tube shall be threaded with the explosion-proof joint. During installation, attention shall be paid to the adaptability of the interface thread. The free end of the cable shall be properly treated and connected to the corresponding explosion-proof box or equipment.

10. The working medium of flameproof sensor transmitter is fluid. There should be no solidification or damage to the film sheet in the working temperature range. The interface thread should be free from pollution and the front end of the sensor should be clean.

11. The warranty period is 13 months (14 months from the date of delivery to the date of return) when the products of our company fail in normal use. The quality inspector of our company shall determine whether the fault occurs under normal circumstances. Beyond the scope of maintenance, the company charges cost, the company's products lifelong maintenance.
